Wellness & Spa Hotel Kaskady - Sliac

This hotel/spa resort was a great choice for our New Year holiday. the spacial area was fantastic and the pools, indoor and outdoor, were well-maintained. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff and the wide selection of breakfast options. the location was perfect, with easy access to nearby restaurants and activities. And the best part? the spa procedures were performed by highly-trained specialists, making our relaxation even more enjoyable.

the cleaning service was slow and not as thorough as we would have liked, and we didn't appreciate the extra charge for parking.

Comfy room with a couch and blackout curtains. the service here is top-notch! It's a nice spot to stay for a weekend getaway 👌. Just a quick 10-minute drive to a cool place called Banska Bystrica.

All in all really good stay. We would be happy to recommend this hotel to family coming to Sliac...

Very nice/large inside and outside swimmingpool with cosy spa area. Close (but not too close) from highway, the hotel is very easy to locate. Some villas are also available on the side for those with large familly or looking for more privacy. A traditional restaurant (wooden house) is also available outside the hotel with local food specialities (no gastronomy food). The staff was friendly and dedicated. A very good deal for the reasonable prices.

This quite big hotel is missing a little bit of flair, the inside decoration is quite common and nothing so great, the overall atmosphere remembers still a little bit the socialist style which could be found 20 years back !

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the spacious and well-equipped rooms, as well as the delicious food served at the restaurant. The hotel's location close to the highway made it easy to find and access. , the staff was friendly and always willing to help.

the carpet in some areas had a strong odor which was unpleasant.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a small village. Both restaurants, including breakfast, had plenty of delicious options. the friendly staff provided excellent service and were always willing to help. We enjoyed the spa and pool facilities, which were well-maintained. Our room had a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. We also appreciated the variety of local attractions in the area.

This is one of the best spa hotels I've encountered in Central Europe! Excellent hotel staff. Superb 'wellness' facilities. Wonderful Breakfast.

The grumpy waiter at the Kolibah makes mistakes in the bill. But the waitress there is excellent and so is the food. Address on the booking confirmation form has the office address at Sliac, confusing for gps navigation. Would like to see them open daytime forest walk behind the hotel. That would make this relaxation hotel perfect.

Hotel Kaskady is a good choice when travelling to Slovakia. Its located near Banska Bystrica in a small village with nice mountain view. Hotel has spa facilities, so you can really relax after trip or buisiness day. Unfortunately stuff at restaurant doesn't speek english well, but on the other hand they try to be helpful and you do not have to wait for service. So generally I reccomend this hotel for business trip.

Spacious room, comfortable bed. Big, clean bathroom. Balcony with nice view. Delicious breakfast. Huge wellness area with pools, saunas, jacuzzis. Multiple dining options. Nice evening concert. Exceptionally friendly staff. Good location in rural setting.

We had an amazing stay in this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, and the hotel facilities were excellent. We enjoyed the outdoor and indoor pools, unusually large and had thermal water. The staff was very friendly and helpful, making our experience even better. We also loved the restaurant's variety of dishes for breakfast and dinner.
